Skater squat

Skater squats or a single leg squat. These are a progression from the TRX, and require more strength (single leg) and balance.

Standing on one leg, try to touch the knee of your other leg on the ground while not letting the foot touch. Push through the standing foot to stand back up, and drive the knee up.

You can use a yoga block if you cannot yet get your knee down to the floor.
