Should I eat clean?

Eating clean is something we are pushed towards as a way to lose weight. We can almost become a zealot and think that eating chocolate or having a muffin is a terrible sin. But how important is it really in losing weight? Can you induldge a little and still be healthy? Do you have to give up everything you love to lose weight? It's all about balance. It's all about being realistic. It's all about finding a way to lose weight while still eating healthy but allowing for the things you love from time to time.
