Pyramid workout – squats, push ups, DB curl and press

Fast paced pyramid workout 2-10-2 reps

Start with 2 squats, 2 push ups, 2 DB curl and press

Then increase to 4 reps going up 6,8,10 then go back down again 8,6,4,2.

Very simple but challenging workout. You can do this as a standalone session or at the end of a workout.
