Powerbag ab exercises

Two ab exercises using the powerbag.

Plank Pull Throughs - hold a high plank position with the powerbag on your right hand side. Grab the bag with your left hand and drag it under your plank to the left hand side. Try to keep your hips as still as you can by tensing your core and glutes.

Bear Crawl Pull Throughs (forwards or backwards) - Start in bear crawl position over the powerbag and then pull the bag infront of you using one hand. Crawl forward in a bear crawl until you are over the bag again and repeat. You could also try this going backwards for more of a challenge!
