Med ball – burpee throws

Two partner exercises using a medicine ball which raise the heart rate while working your whole body.

1. Med Ball Burpee Throws - Partner training using the medicine ball and burpees - a great way to build fitness and throwing and catching skill.

2. Push up to Burpee - partner throws One person is kneeling they throw the ball then drop into a push up, the partner catches the ball then drops into a burpee and throws it back.
