Make your training more interesting and varied. Lunges are a great exercise, they are versatile and always make training more fun. I also cover how you can load the various lunges in a number of different ways. Progress the intensity of the exercise to help build more strength and improve your ability to move as you carry load in different ways.

Remember the basic technique principles. Keep both feet facing forward. Stay upright. When you step forward make sure your whole foot is on the ground. Explosive push back to a standing position. Always be in control of the movement.
