A2. Bench Dips x 10-12

A3. Half Kneeling Single Arm Shoulder Press x 10-12

B1. DB Hammer Curls x 10-12

B2. DB Skull Crushers x 8-10

B3. DB Lateral Raises x 12-15

Rest 60-90s 5 sets of each
