Full body stretch (train along)

If you are feeling in need of a stretch, here is a 15 minute stretch session for you to follow along. All you will need is a red band, or if you don't have one then you can easily make do without. The start and end seem abrupt as I had to trim the video down to fit into the 15 minute cut off for video uploads, I'm not just being rude.
