Don’t be dieting on Christmas Day!

If there are one or two days you don't need to be on a diet its your birthday and Christmas day. I get we all want to be lean, eat healthy and lose weight but 1 day out of a whole month or year will have no impact on your body composition. Enjoy the day, relax, eat what you want - you don't have to over indulge and go crazy, but instead eat what you want and don't feel guilty about it. Enjoy the time spent with family and friends and forget about calories and macros for one at day least.
