So many times we have tried to lose weight and after a few weeks or months we give up, it's too hard and the effort required is too big for us to handle. We go in too hard, over ambitious and set ourselves up for failure. Creating small wins everyday enables us to build success into the fabric or our lives. Setting ourselves up for success is whats needed to win the battle in the long term and lose the weight owe desperately want to lose. Keep it simple. Change one thing at a time. Do that one thing well - make it into a healthy habit and repeat the cycle.
