Summer arm workout – Cable tricep ext, Pushdowns, DB curl and press, in and out squats

A great way to end your workout - only takes 10 mins. You can set up a timer 45s on, 15s rest - 30s between sets x 3 sets or use reps and sets for each exercise.

Cable Tricep Exts x 8-10

Tricep Pushdowns x 10-12

DB Curl and Press x 10-12

In and Out Squats x 15

rest 10-30s and repeat for 3 sets total
