Cable squat rows

Squat rows target your lower body as well as your upper body and are a great way to add variety to your training. Very useful for those with known knee problems as it shifts the load into the hips away from the knees. You can still get great burn into the quads but not at the expense of the knees.

Hold on to the handles of the cable and step back so there is room to reach forward with the handles. Come into a squat and reach forward. As you stand back up, row the handles into your chest, pulling your shoulder blades together.
