Banded face pull

A simple exercise that hits the rear delts and back. If you need to strengthen your shoulders and give them more stability then this is a great exercise.

Hold on to the band and stand back until the band has a bit of tension in it. Starting with your arms outstretched infront of you, pull the band to your face, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Make sure you keep your elbows high while you do this.
